Frequently Asked Questions

We get many questions here at Radial Design Group. We thought it would be a good idea to have a Frequently Asked Questions page to answer some of them questions. As time passes and we will regularly update our frequently asked questions. For now here are some of our most frequent questions and the answers to them.

Do I have to pay a deposit before you begin my project?
Most of the time deposits must be paid before a project can start here at Radial Design Group. This especially applies to new clients of ours to assure that you are indeed serious about starting and completing your design project with us. All deposits are non-refundable unless we run into circumstances where we are unable to complete your project and at which time that deposit will be refunded in full back to the client. We’ve never ran into that situation but it’s always good to know.
Do you offer printing?
Sorry, but currently we don’t offer any printing services at this time. All we do here at Radial Design Group is do the custom design work. If you need help finding a printer we would be more than happy to help you find one which is reputable and will get the job done right the first time.
What are your turnaround times like?
Turnaround times vary widely between each project. It all depends really on how prepared you are for your project and if you can get the information we request to us in a timely manner. Before we start each project we will give you an expected turnaround time for your project to make sure that the timeframe is suitable for you.
I call your phone but you never pick up. What's going on?
We are bombarded with phone calls from people who are trying to sell us services all the time. This has grown quite tiring for us so we will schedule times in order to talk on the phone with clients and potential clients. Speaking on the phone is very troublesome and takes us away from getting the crucial work done that our clients need. So if you would like to talk to us on the phone, just drop us an email and schedule a time with us when we can chat on the phone and we’ll be more than happy to talk with you.
Do you have an office where we can talk about my project?
Sorry, we don’t have any offices. This is a one man operation by a guy doing all this work from home so we don’t have any offices but if you would like to talk personally in regards to your project maybe we can meet up at a cafe or something for coffee. Sounds great huh.
Do you volunteer your services to non-profit organizations?
Yes, indeed we do and we love doing that. Supporting our local non-profit organizations is very important and we will always jump on on the opportunity to do this type of work. Our only requirement is that you’re a LOCAL non-profit. We may do occasional work for national or international non-profits but it depends on the type of work their handing us, the amount of work they need done and the timeframe which they need it done.
